In partnership with DiG, we provide rock physics analysis including fluid substitution, rock physics modelling, and the construction of robust frameworks that underpin seismic interpretation and inversion. To complement this rock physics work, in partnership with Qeye, we deliver quantitative interpretation services including seismic inversion, AVO analysis, and facies and fluid prediction. Together these capabilities allow clients to extract maximum information from seismic data and reduce subsurface uncertainty ahead of hydrocarbon drilling decisions.
Rock physics and quantitative interpretation are most valuable when integrated tightly with the broader subsurface workflow. In hydrocarbon exploration, the ability to distinguish lithology from fluid effects, and to characterise reservoir properties away from well control, can be the difference between a well-placed well and a dry hole. We work in close coordination with our seismic processing and subsurface consulting teams to ensure that outputs are consistent, well-calibrated, and directly applicable to the decisions clients are facing.
